Kathford International College Of Engineering and Management Shut Down
Kathford International College of Engineering And management is shut down,by the civil engineering faculty 6th semester.They destroyed every lab and also burned all the documents.Now no any computers and bench desk were left for the study....The college management reported that there is almost 80 laks property destroyed by them.Its the 8th june,2012.The students are saying that the percentage of regular passed student is very low and college is also not helping any thing for their future.The total 2 student passed out of 80 student from the civil faculty5th semester....
After some Days college have report college property stolen case over 11 civil students,and later on they were restrigated and taken by police on june 12,2012.

College administration has published a notice about Restigation of 11 students who were indentified as the main suspect of the incident happened on friday and college adminstration even filed a police case against the 11 students and 6 of them are on POLICE custody now. Administration claims the damage of property worth arround Rs 1 corer 30 lakhs due to that incident.

7 killed in family dispute
Seven members of a family were killed in a dispute between two brothers reportedly over property inheritance in remote village of Syadi in Bajhang district Saturday evening.
Assistant Sub Inspector at the Syadi Police Post Karna Bahadur Gharti said siblings Gagan BK and Brijit BK, who live together in the dalit settlement of Balkulla in Syadi-9 -- around a two-day trek from the district headquarters -- killed seven persons including their children with khukuris and other sharp weapons following a dispute.
Brijit´s wife Jhankri, three sons -- Rajendra, 8, Karan, 5, and Keshav, 4 -- and daughter Laxmi, two, and Gagan´s son Pawan, 6, and a daughter Pabitra,4, were killed in the brawl. Police held Gagan and Brijit, who were trying to flee after the murder, from near the village. Gharti said the duo has owned up the killings.
Gharti said the duo has not revealed the reason for the bloodshed but said it may be due to dispute over property inheritance. Police, attributing the locals, said that the siblings had a dispute over inherited land for the past few years. "Preliminary investigations show that the murders resulted following a dispute over property inheritance," said Assistant Chief District Officer of Bajhang Mahendra Jung Shah.

Bhaktapur bus accident leaves 52 injured
Fifty-two people have been injured when a bus bound to Changunarayan met with an accident at Dhungepati in Bhaktapur on Friday.
All the injured have been taken to various hospitals in Kathmandu, according to police. Police also said the mishap happened the speeding bus (Ba 2 Kha 6274) was trying to overtake another vehicle.

Royal massacre still remains a mystery
Right 11 years back from today, a heartrending massacre had occurred in Nepal, which killed the then King Birendra, Queen Aishworya, Prince duo Deependra and Nirajan and Princess Shruti.
The widely-known macabre Royal massacre of the day had finished off entire family of King Birendra, which is still afresh in the mind of entire Nepali denizen. However, the mystery is still unsolved who had murdered the Royal family members for what reason.
Though a Palace Massacre Probe Commission headed by then Speaker Taranath Ranabhat made public a report alleging then Prince Deependara of taking lives of the entire family members, general public never acknowledged the finding of the report.
To all surprise, then Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala had termed the gruesome murder of Royal members a ´grand design´. But it never came to public as what was behind the incident.
It is noted that King Birendra had embraced the aspiration of people by granting democratic system to the country following the People´s Movement-2046 BS (1990).

Justice Bam shot dead (Updated)

Supreme Court Justice Rana Bahadur Bam, who was fatally shot at by unidentified assailants late Thursday morning, died during the course of his treatment at the Thapathali-based Norvic International Hospital.
The doctors said he could not be saved as he had already suffered massive bleeding by the time he was brought to the hospital. He had received four rounds of shots on various parts of his body including neck, chest and belly.
Motorcycle-borne two assailants opened fire on Bam, while he was returning in his car from the Bangalamukhi temple at around 11:15 am, near the UN Park in Shankhamul, Lalitpur.
His body guard Mahesh Giri and one of his friends, Ram Giri, were also injured in the shooting. Both of them are undergoing treatment at the hospital.
The shooters, who were riding a black Pulsar motorcycle, are on the run. The motive behind the attack is not known yet. Pamphlets in the name of Nepalbad NSSR Party have been recovered at the incident site. Police are trying to see if the pamphlets have any connection with the murder.
