17 Nepalis in quandary in Saudi Arabia

17 Nepalis, who had gone to Saudi Arabia to work, are in a woeful quandary since two months and 35 others are in the brink of same plight. They were suspended from the hospital that they were working at without being paid for past five months.
Nirmal Katuwal, Shyam Chuhan, Pujan, Pariyar along with the others had flown to Saudi Arabia through Force One Pvt Ltd Manpower Company. The family members of the sufferers contacted the manpower company, but received nothing more than assurance. However, there has been no commitment on the assurance till date.
According to Shyam Chauhan’s father, Gopal Chauhan, they have contacted the manpower company time and again but they have not yet given any concrete answer as to how they would be brought back.
Nirmala Gajmer, who has returned to Nepal on Wednesday and who had also gone to Saudi Arabia through Force One Pvt Ltd Manpower Company, said that the condition of the Nepali people is awful.
According to Gajmer, her 2-year contract with the Hospital expired, so she was able to return home safe. However, those who are stuck are in a mess as their contract has not finished yet, but the administration is dreadful.
