Three persons died in different places in Khotang district after lightning struck them last night.
The lightning occurred with rain struck Balkrishna Shrestha, 20, of Lamidanda-4, Ram Bahadur Rai, 50, of Kharpa-2 and another person of Nunthala VDC, police said. Identity of the one is yet to ascertained as yet.
Meanwhile, an unidentified body was recovered at Dubekol in the district.
